Who We Are

So who is the  ?
has lately been very active in the disciplines of Project Assurance and Project Health Checks. This move was driven by a need from corporates to increase their project success rates. We gear ALL our services towards ensuring “healthy projects” for our clients.

was founded by Ganief Galvaan, a seasoned project management professional, who grew up in Information Technology, and spent most of his professional life in the Financial Services sector. Ganief holds a BComm (Honours) from the University of the Western Cape, and has been on numerous leadership programs during his career.
Ganief has always been a bit of a “project doctor” throughout his career, and often got called in to rescue troubled projects and teams. His openness and active listening approach generally earns him the trust of project stakeholders, and his knowledge and project savvy makes him an ideal person to diagnose “problem projects”.
Ganief has vast experience in managing strategic programmes for large corporations. He has established numerous Project Management Offices (PMO’s), and prides himself in driving out a consistent best practice approach.
Ganief has a natural coaching style, and he is regarded as a mentor to many individuals who worked with him. He is also a natural facilitator.
A Sports and outdoor Person
Ganief loves sport and recreation. He jogs regularly, and plays in a Saturday soccer league. He also works out regularly in the gymnasium, takes boxing classes, and fits in the odd squash game. Golf used to occupy his Saturday mornings for a while, but these days his love for the great outdoors drives him to spend his weekends angling and camping in summer.
