We provide mentorship and coaching in the disciplines of project management. This service is provided on the client site.

Many of our clients experience problems developing candidates from the previously disadvantaged communities as project managers. There is often a lack of understanding of the challenges facing these candidates, especially with regard to dealing with prevailing organizational cultures. This service deals with two components:
• Enabling the candidate to deal with the organization culture, and
• Making management aware of potential constraints inhibiting effective change.
